Unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated. We had a few equipment problems during our stay and the property managers were prompt in addressing them. Our only criticism, if it could be called that, was not enough seating area for all guests. The couch could seat 4 adults. There was no separate comfy chair other than couch even though there was room. Otherwise a fabulous stay!

The fact that the condo came with a beautiful, clean, relaxing, playful water park 🌊.

There was an odor in the condo and the customer service took care of it immediately.

The apartment needs fitted sheets for beds. More toilet paper and trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. Also needs hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms.

It was very family friendly clean and the staff was amazing and our kid’s really enjoyed the pool

Super duty apartment. The towels are super old with black hair on them. The bedding set was with some red spots…. Was uncomfortable. We stayed on the first floor, the neighbors upstairs were loud. It was crazy to wake up early in the morning (at 7 am) from running kids. Not recommend at all !

Employees at the main gate should be a little be nicer when it's come to give some orientation. I have no idea about guess list protocol and they was giving me and my guess a Horrible time
