The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Very cleaned and well maintained room, close to Disney and really anything that you need. Only recommendation would be that it needs a swiffer or small vacuum in unit to clean up after kids, but we stayed for several days. Would definitely go back!

This was our 4th time to stay in one of Aprils properties. Every time we book a Disney trip we look to see if one of hers are available. They are always clean and updated and we never have any issues. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

We loved this property. It was clean and so close to the Disney parks. The kids loved the water park. It was nice to have washer and dryer so we didn't have to do laundry when we got home. It was very quiet, hardly ever heard any of the neighbors. Also was close to Walmart. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here, clean and beautifully decorated with lots of extras like board games, and the host is fantastic and very easy and quick to communicate with! Can’t wait to return!
