Nicely decorated 5-bedroom, 4 bath home with inspiring views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). There are 4 large decks to take in the view of your preference with either a cup of coffee or cocktail of choice. From the ocean side, sit in one of the rocking chairs and watch the waves crash on the beach while the kids swim below in the oversized private saltwater swimming pool. (Pool can be heated for an additional charge). Decks have gates and yard is fenced. Professional landscaping with palms. Take a short 2-minute walk around the corner to the beach to feel the sand beneath your feet and enjoy the ocean. The inverted floor plan provides amazing ocean views from the upper-level living room as well as the dining and kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. There is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and large 55” flat screen Smart-TV with DVD player in the living room. Cable TV and wireless internet included. Convenient outside hot/cold enclosed shower to rinse off after enjoying a day at the beach or swimming in the pool. Charcoal grill onsite. Plenty of covered parking and guest storage shed available at ground level. Linens and towels for total number of occupants are included - all beds are made. Non-smoking, no pets. Sleeps 13.

This property was a great choice! It was as advertised. We had 4 adult family couples and 1 infant. The place was well laid out and all the bedrooms were very comfy (as were the beds!). The family room was very comfy as well with the quality wicker furniture. The house was a short walk to the beach, and we also used the pool. Kylie was extremely accommodating and very responsive whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend this location if your goal is to find a great location at a very nice beach in NC!

We had an amazing week! The home was clean, fully stocked with everything imaginable, and in a perfect location. Lots of safety features in place for small children which was greatly appreciated. Looking forward to our next trip!

Property was a perfect setting for a family gathering! Proximity to the beach was great, house comfy, spacious and well appointed! Host was available and immediately answered any question or concern! Highlight for children was watching the sunrise on the beach and a night swim in the pool!

We loved this house! We had two children under the age of two. The safety gates provided peace of mind with the little ones. And, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories which was greatly appreciated!

This was my family’s first time renting a beach house, and it was wonderful! The house is great and the host was super quick to respond to any questions. Walking to the beach was super quick and easy. The pool was great and even better when we had it heated for the cooler, rainy days. We would love to stay here again next year, but may need a house with an elevator for the seniors in our family! Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved everything about this house- space was amazing with gorgeous views all around and close enough to hear the sounds of the ocean. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough space for all of us. Loved the pool and the stocked kitchen. Walk to the beach in minutes! Communication with the host was superb. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request in a timely fashion. We hope to be back again soon!!

This was the perfect place to stay! The owners made the process so easy. It was clean and accomodating w/ kitchen supplies at our fingertips; the washer and dryer to not have to travel with dirty clothes, a dish washer and all convenient appliances. It was very spacious; 8 people could comfortably spread out; I plan to go back again! 😊

We enjoyed our time on Ocean Isle in this home very much. Everything was very clean, and comfortable. We felt very welcome and had great communication with the owner. They provided everything we needed for the beach as well as a fully stocked kitchen and even a portable crib for my granddaughter. The outdoor shower and pool was especially nice after a day on the beach. We all felt right at home and look forward to going back already. Very special memories were made on this trip, as my daughter’s boyfriend proposed on the beach, so we were excited to celebrate their engagement in this very special place. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.

We really enjoyed our time at OIB, and the house was very comfortable for a large group. We loved having the option of the pool or a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The only drawback were the three levels and stairs for my aging in-laws. Most of the homes are on stilts and multilevel. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The location was fantastic and the views of the ocean were amazing. The house is conveniently located to beach access. All of the rooms and furniture were comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. The private pool was perfect!

Kylie's place was the perfect spot for our family beach vacation this year! Extremely short walk to the beach, plus the private pool at the house was perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Extremely clean and Kylie was almost immediately responsive to my messages. You will not be disappointed in your stay!

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this home. As always, it was perfect. Everything you could need to make your stay worryfree. The pool is a extra large, which is a great bonus since our grandchildren love to swim. Plus it is close to the beach entrance. I highly recommend this home.

The house was clean, in great shape and lovely. The location is fantastic as it’s close to the beach and the top deck has an ocean view with tall chairs and a table for meals. It’s also kid friendly with a built in baby gate, hot wheels toy and bunk room. We had some questions while we were there and they responded very quickly! It’s a great fit for our family and we love it!

Awesome!!! One word sums it up for us. The house was very well maintained and a perfect location, whether you wanted to go to beach or just sit in the balcony and enjoy the ocean view (we even saw dolphins). The house had all the facilities one would need. It was truly a home away from home!!! If you truly want R&R, this is the place. We really enjoyed it and are already planning our next trip here!!!

Our family absolutely loved this home! It was closer to the ocean than we expected. Still can't get over the views! The grandkids loved collecting she'll on the beach and making sand castles! We felt so fortunate that the pool is on the ocean side so we could still see and feel the ocean breeze while watching the kids swim in the pool. The beach decor make the house truly feel like a vacation. The house was super clean! Can't wait to stay again.
