Came to Nantucket to celebrate a special birthday. The cottage exceeded our expectations! Everything was very clean, and the cottage was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Although we had a vehicle with us, the location made it very easy to walk to the shops and restaurants near Main Street. We love the off season in Nantucket and plan to return next year.

This cottage is just a short walk to the town center, the museums and historical sights, but in a quiet, secluded area. The appliances are state-of-the-art and the layout of the rooms is perfect for a couple, but can accommodate additional guests. We enjoyed walking to town, but having an easy drive to other parts of the island.

This adorable home has all of the upscale comforts you come to expect from Nantucket. Its clean, cozy and they provide all of the toiletries you will need, including hair dryer. Washer/dryer is key!

The cottage was as presented and well equipped. Layout of cottage is everything you need when looking for something more than a hotel, but less than a house. Property Manager was very quick to connect on any items at check-in and even had the caretaker address an item immediately. Very close to everything in Town on a short easy walk.

Perfect location - close enough to town to walk in quickly, but far enough that you have serene island vibes. Fresh cut flowers greeted us on arrival and the cottage was stocked with everything we needed for the stay. It was very well kept, clean and modern with high-end finishings. Just as advertised. My wife and I enjoyed the spacious bedroom while our kids (5 & 7) slept hard after long beach days on the pull-out sofa. The patio area is set up well and surrounded with lush vegetation and flowering plants - but these do come with all the critters that like pollen. They didn’t bother us but made the kids a bit nervous. The previous occupants must have left with the key but the on-island property manager was quick to respond when we showed up. Could not have asked for more. Actually - were having such an amazing time we did ask to extend our stay but the place was already fully booked!

Very well-maintained clean and comfortable cottage. Walking distance to downtown. Spacious master bedroom, and an open format between the living room and the kitchen. Teresa was always available and accessible for any questions we had. We plan on coming back next summer, I would highly recommend to anyone…..and already have!!

I had a work trip in Boston and have always wanted to check out Nantucket, so the stars aligned when we found this darling property online. It was as picture perfect as it looks in the listing. It had everything you could need or want and they were super responsive when we arrived to Nantucket early. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet with super friendly neighbors and we loved being so close to downtown! We were able to walk everywhere even with our luggage in tow from the ferry! The patio was perfect for sitting outside and we were so lucky with the April weather. I would highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Nantucket! We can't wait to come back! Thank you, Theresa for a wonderful stay and experience on Nantucket!

Adorable, immaculate, well appointed cottage with thoughtful touches. Simple and peaceful elegance with local touches inside. We entered to beautiful, peaceful music and soothing low lighting. When a door latch broke, the owner was immediately responsive and personable. This was the perfect couple’s getaway. Great, central location, too! Many thanks for a dreamy weekend.

Ideal couples rental a ~10 minute walk from town at the end of a quiet street. Large and well-designed bedroom (king size bed) kitchen, bath and living spaces, all new. Kitchen and bath were also well equipped with cooking and bath supplies. Two tvs (living and bedroom) and also a nice selection of books. Excellent light from the many windows + a spacious outdoor patio were a nice bonus.

No issues with check in or property at all. A door latch broke with the high winds when I was there and the handyman fixed it promptly. Highly recommend
