Fabulous cottage ..especially for a couple. Walking distance to town along one of the prettiest stretches of streets in town. Has all amenities you need. Lovely outdoor seating area and grill. All you need for enjoying Nantucket!

Beautiful cottage in a great area of town and perfect for a couple whom wants plenty of room to spread out in living area. Very comfortable, clean and well appointed as well as tastefully decorated. Had a couple small issues which were dealt with very quickly.

This house is so charming and was perfect for our girls trip to Nantucket!! Close to town/walk to restaurants, loved it!

The house is very attractive inside and out. It is comfortable, modern and full of windows. We did not give it 5 stars because it is starting to show a few signs of usage but it is still very clean. It's in a perfect location to walk to downtown, and has 2 public parks nearby. Perfect for 2 people....sleep sofa is good for children, or a younger adult. We had our small dog and there were no problems with anything related to a behaved pet being there. There is one parking spot by the side and front doors. The area is very quite and relaxing. Yard is pretty, private enough and is as picture shows. Overall a nice rental!
