The property is beautiful especially the kitchen and master bath. There were a couple of issues that the owner was not aware of but he worked with us and was appreciative we had told him. The outside is gorgeous and the deck needs a little maintenance which I believe the owner will take care of. The grand room and openess of the house is very enjoyable. We hope to return

We rented this cabin on July 1 -3. There were 11 of us in our family. We enjoyed our stay here. The cabin is well stocked, especially the kitchen. We brought a rice cooker, but there was already one there. They also have Insta pot. Cabin is updated, loved the floors, master’s bathroom and the large tub. Plenty of supplies- shampoo, conditioners, tp’s. Host was very responsive. We will definitely rent this place again. Thank you.

There were no hand towels or washcloths in any of the 3 bathrooms or linen closets. The master bedroom bed is just 10 inches tall this should be in the listing. It is difficult to get out of and use while getting dressed. The kitchen is missing many basic items such as, a vegetable peeler, cheese grater, a working wine opener, a cookie sheet, regular size tong, a grill brush for the grill, and measuring spoons. These are just the items that I needed while making meals for my family and would expect . The kitchen/ dining room tablecloth had many stains which made it feel dirty. Upon our arrival the carbon monoxide alarm was going off which was because the battery was dead. The alarm needs a working battery and to be plugged in. There should be a back-up 9 volt battery so that there is still a working monitor in the cabin for safety.The barstools are so rickety if anyone actually sat on them they would suffer an injury. The grill handle is loose but there is not a screwdriver anywhere. I also appreciate a binder that gives you information about how to open and close the rental, how items work ? Just basic info , there is not one. All of these items are very basic items found in most homes and certainly in a VRBO listing that states “ Full Kitchen “ and Linen and Towels included. We did find the hand towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels two days later in the dryer.

Owner of Property was very easy to work with. Very responsive to messages prior and during the stay. Only downside (and only cause we have kids) no TV down stairs. Overall the cabin is nice and open. Close to activities and store.

This property was great. It’s much larger than it looks from the outside. The floor plan is excellent for multi generation groups. The location is very convenient, Close to the market and far enough from the highway to be quiet but still close enough for easy access. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions! Overall an excellent choice.

It is also close to restaurants and less than 10 mins away from Calaveras Big Trees State Park.

Clean and spacious.

Excellent home and host communication
The cabin host was amazing! Our trip was originally scheduled for mid Jan, but all 10 people in my party caught covid during the surge and after trying to cancel, the host recommended to reschedule, which I never thought was an option, and opened up his calendar to accommodate us. The house was spotless with all required dishes, cooking supplies, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and almost everything else you may need during your stay. I love that the downstairs was a little hangout area with a pool table and couches. I look forward to booking more weekend vacations here!

Great house, bigger than expected, super clean!
This was a last minute booking and we had problems with booking. Owner was incredibly helpful keeping us informed and taking time to call Vrbo also. The house is gorgeous! Kitchen is huge, everything labeled and easy to find. The kitchen/dining/living room area are all big and connected, it was perfect for our group of adults, teens, and little kids. I would stay again in a heart beat!

Absolutely perfect
What a wonderful place, beautifully appointed, extremely convenient and comfortable for a varied group. The downstairs area is brilliant for a teens; the master suite is great for the busy grownup. Everything is labelled, it's spic-and-span, it's spacious and comfortable and well-lit, obviously someone's loved home. Though it's in a large development, there's plenty of privacy and a view of the woods from the back deck. The instructions were complete and easy to follow, owners responsive, none of the usual little annoyances (all the light bulbs worked for example). My new favorite in Arnold!

Very Nice!
The property is very nice, and has 2 distinct areas (in case you want quiet time on one floor and normal on another). 3 full bathrooms is always a plus! We had PLENTY of snow and enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to book again!

My husband and stayed here for 2 nights. The cabin was very cute from outside . The cabin interior was kinda of a mystery as there were only a handful of photos when we book months ago , has been updated since . Pleasantly surprised the interior was very nice definitely a upgraded property. We both grew up spending summers in arnold so it's a very familiar town for us we have rented many properties here. This was our first rental in medowmont we usually stay in blue lake springs.
The cabin has a beautiful kitchen ,nice floors and bathrooms and nice leather sofas . The property was very clean and organized. The master rooms bed is very low to the ground but I've had back surgery so I'm picky. There's other beds we didn't try out . We didn't get a chance to spend too much time enjoying the property as we were here for a memorial for the anniversary of my father inlaws passing and had events to attend. But this would be a wonderful place to bring your family plenty of space.
There were a few minor things we saw that needed repair upon arrival the front street light was broken off ,a screen door was ripped ,and the hot tub was not usable ( which was one of the reasons I chose this property. We always chose properties with hot tubs ) but none of these affected our stay in the least. I informed chetna whom was very responsive. We thank you for hosting us in your beautiful cabin hope to stay again in the future.

Owner is very responsive. Pool table was a great way to keep everyone busy in the evenings. I would suggest adding a window AC unit to the main floor. It was very hot when we visited and even with multiple fans in the house it was difficult to cool off at times.

The online pictures do not do this sweet, beautiful home justice. My husband and I each had a few days there alone to work on writing and it was the perfect, quiet getaway for time to think and get our thoughts on paper!
But, during the weekend we wanted to exhale with a few close friends and so enjoyed the space with 1 infant, 4 kiddos and 1 teen and two other couples. It comfortably fit all of us and the kids (and us!) had a blast in the game area, tromping around out back and enjoying the water!
The lake is close and a lot of fun, but after a short visit there, we all just chose to enjoy the property for the rest of the visit!

Great 4th of July weekend!
The pictures definitely don't do the cabin justice. The scenery is beautiful. The cabin is located very close to many great activities. Chetna was a great host. We live on the coast and we are not used to 90+ degree weather. After I asked if there was AC, she made sure to provide me with 3 floor fans for us to use during our stay since there isn’t any. She answered all my questions and was attentive to our needs to make sure we were comfortable. The cleaning crew are great and very friendly. You will have a great time here, just make sure you have a printout or good GPS. All 5 phones my brother’s family had did not work well and he got lost. Luckily people were friendly and gave him directions.

Although the cabin is surrounded by lots of other homes, when you’re enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the back porch, you feel like you’re alone in the woods. We even saw a family of deer! The home is quite comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed to cook. We also appreciated the bar and glassware. The basement was fun for a couple of teenage boys. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

It was a pleasant stay for Myself and my friends family who accompanied us during the Memorial Day long weekend, to be frank, we were not sure about Arnold before this, but we loved the home and to our surprise the home was lot more better than what was given in the description, Lot of room for kids to play, pool table, Hot tub, A complete kitchen, entertainment , Bunk beds, all were as we expected, no complaints whatsoever, the patio was very big and makes you feel like, you sit right in middle of the woods.
This was a much needed break for us from the hustle and bustle life and this property was fitting to the T, we would certainly comeback and recommend to our friends, if all our plans falls in place.
