Nestled in Nassau, this lovely house for $360 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to Sea La Vie oceanfront Bahamas townhouse in beautiful Delaporte Point. Delaporte is a small private gated community on the peninsula of the world famous Cable Beach. The grounds host a private white sand beach and 2 gorgeous private oceanfront pools overlooking the crystal blue waters. The community has a 24 hour security and a guarded gate. Enjoy luxury in this gorgeous newly furnished island home. Sea La Vie features 3 King bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms with an ocean front patio and BBQ. On the second floor, the coral room has an ensuite full bath with ocean views, and the yellow room has a full hallway bath. The upstairs boasts ocean views, a full ensuite, and a small single futon sleeper. The unit also has a Queen blow up air mattress. There is an additional powder room on the first floor. This chef's kitchen comes fully equipped or you can choose to BBQ on the oceanfront private balcony while watching boats pass in the distance. The unit has a new washer/dryer. There are beach towels and chairs (4) for your water adventures. The US VPN Wifi allows you to stream TV via the most popular streaming services. Sea La Vie is close to the newly opened Baha Mar hotel and casino and many restaurants and activities. We stayed over the 2023 Christmas Holiday and had an amazing time. The house was exactly as advertised and the views from the back patio were stunning. We had a few minor issues and Chris was on it! Great communication from Chris every step of the way. We reached out to Ken and Chris for recommendations and they were both always available to send us in the right direction. I would recommend this property to everyone.

If you are looking for a great place to stay, you’ve found it! This place has stunning views, clean property inside and outside, close to all the attractions and local hangouts, pools for swimming, beach access, free parking for car rentals and the goes on. This was our first family vacation after the pandemic and it was incredible! The Bahamas are gorgeous and staying at the condo sealed the deal. Everyone had plenty of space to relax and unwind, we swam every night at the pools and in the morning we walked along the beach and took a swim in the clean, clear, blue water. Ken, the owner, is so kind and accommodating. He made sure we were well taken care of. Chris, the property manager, was very helpful and hospitable. He replied instantly to any questions I had and he is very generous with whatever we asked him for. The staff on the property are kind, happy, and helpful. We felt very safe and just so blessed. I can’t express how absolutely happy I am with staying at this place! It is a perfect vacation place. We are a family of four with two teenagers. They loved the condo and had their own rooms. We had everything we needed and it was a trip of a lifetime! This is the good life. Thank you Ken and Thank you Chris. We’ll be back! Many blessings to you!

This property was perfect for me and my two lady friends. Great location. Able to catch the jitney bus right out at entrance to this property. The Villa was nicely appointed kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms very comfortable. I have been visiting Nassau for over 30 years and would definitely return to this property. Already making plans for next year.

Great condo, fabulous location

We stayed at this condo for almost 2 weeks. Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Being right on the ocean and hearing the waves was the best therapy we could ask for! It is just a 3 minute walk to the beach so it was perfect. The 2 pools on location were very nice as well. My only comment would be that the chairs on the balcony are not very comfortable to sit out in the sun. They are meant to eat at with the patio table but not to sit on for long. Also, not having the awning working meant that we could not sit out in the shade when the sun was too hot. The awning is all rusted out and needs to be replaced. So we used the beach chairs to sit out. Thank you for a great stay at your condo.

We loved it here. The house was exactly as shown in pictures- updated, clean, decently stocked kitchen. The weathers amazing. The country in general had the nicest people I’ve ever met. I felt safer there than at home in ways. Transportation is super easy between taxis and busses. The drinking water situation was something I didn’t know about being that you couldn’t drink it and had to buy 5 gallon jugs from grocery store which then fed fridge, but once we got it all down it was fine, just a little tricky with no car. The community and pools were nice and my kids loved the water access at pool deck. It’s like there own little wave pool to swim and boogie board in and the sunsets from patio were the best! When we go back we will definitely be staying at this house!

This was our first trip to the Bahamas and we weren’t sure what to expect. The condo was perfect! The pools and beach were nice if you want to just stay on the grounds. The location is great as well. There are a few great restaurants that are within walking distance and a bus stop just outside the gate. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need to cook at home. Ken and Chris both would respond at lightening speed whenever I had a question. We definitely hope to come back again. It truly was the perfect stay. Thanks for making our first trip to the Bahamas a wonderful memory!

This property was exactly as represented on the website, and in fact better in person. The house had just been newly renovated when we stayed, and everything was modern and new. The views are just breathtaking, and can be seen from almost every room. Hint: sunset. The white sand beach is a 30 second walk, and we enjoyed the two oceanfront pools. Also big thanks to the amazing property manager who was always on call to answer any questions about the house and area. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and more. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance - spritz, blue sail, twisted lime, poop deck, and the jitney stop at the top of the neighborhood made getting around super easy. Will definitely be coming back
