The floor plan includes 2 separate living rooms, Detached guest casita, pool table, Tennis and Basketball court. Pool and Hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen & dining areas. Smart TV screens mounted in almost every room + High speed WIFI for work from home professionals. The Space: We've been hosting on Airbnb for years with multiple properties in Scottsdale. Whether it's your first time using Airbnb or you're already a pro, you'll love how easy it is to work with us. Soak up the Sun in the pool or your choice of Basketball or Tennis on the private court. The Neighborhood: We are located on the Orange tree golf course and within minutes from high end dining and shopping at Scottsdale Quarter and Keirlend Commons. Other Things to Note: - We strongly enforce Airbnb's rules and regulations against parties, maximum occupancy and noise ordinance. - Pets allowed with additional $200 fee/Per pet/per stay - Late check out (if available) $400 additional fee - Early check in (if available) $400 additional fee - Pool heating and Jacuzzi use available for additional $100 nightly fee. This is charged for the amount of nights as your reservation. Very spacious house with a lot to do at the house. Great for large families and groups. House was clean and communication with management company was great. Everything was very clear and any question we had was answered immediately.

The house is on a main street and to enter the front driveway you need to get through a gate. Once in the house is very large, plenty of space with large backyard that backs up to the golf course. Plenty of activities available and the TV's had cable so need to log into your own streaming services. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best trip and much of it was due to this amazing house! Plenty of space for our family that ranged from grandparents to infants. The kids were busy the whole trip because of all the great amenities on the property. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Top notch stay!

Property was well described and perfect for large family with adult children. We specifically wanted 7 bedrooms we could use for adult couple and no “bunk rooms”. This fitted the bill perfectly. Great space outside for everyone to hang out and eat together. Plenty of glasses, utensils etc. Master suite is huge and tennis/pickle ball wads boys. Played golf on the orange tree course and would recommend that as well. Would do the pool heat if we come back in November. Overall excellent and will look to return

This house served our team of 7 traveling to Phx from Alaska very well. Enough room to relax yet have games and team building. Amazing, clean and quiet. The host worked with us regarding the pool and hot tub heat. Paul was accommodating and had fast responses.

We stayed at this property this past weekend for a guys trip and it had every accommodation we were hoping for! Plenty of things to do and very spacious for the 10 of us that stayed there! Also, the property manager Paul was very nice and responsive to all of our questions! We would definitely consider staying here again!

Had a great time overall. A few minor details that could be addressed/general upkeep that could be done somewhat more completely, but the house/guest house and outdoor areas are very nice. It fit our needs for a big group of friends well. Would definitely consider booking again.

I throughly enjoyed staying here for my bachelor trip with the guys! Extremely roomy! Will 100% be looking at this spot again for next time we plan a trip. The place is also gated and very secure which was a plus. Backs up to a golf course as well

We had a group of 12 ages 30-75 and the property was the perfect size and layout. The amenities were all fantastic, we spend most of our time outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook extravagant meals. Property owner was accessible at all times. Highly recommend!

The property held 10 of us very comfortably. Everyone was happy with their room. We lived in the pool which is a great size and was heated perfectly. The property manager was very responsive for anything we needed. The yard with the fire pit and tennis court was great!

This house was great for our buddies golf trip. It had everything we needed and had more than enough space. It was located less the 5 minutes from a great commons area with a Costco and numerous food establishments. Will definitely rent this place again.

Plenty of room for a few couples that wanted to escape the Midwest cold. Going to consider bringing the kids along with another family or two to enjoy all the amenities they have to offer. Plenty of room to park rental cars in driveway. On a main road, quick and easy access. But never an issue pulling out in traffic as it’s close to a traffic light.

We all came from various sites for a family wedding in Phoenix and this was a wonderful site to bring relatives together for a few days before and after the wedding. The hosts were accommodating, gracious, and communicated promptly.

Great location, perfect entertaining house. We used the pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis court, putting green, fire pit, gas grill, billiards and ping pong. The owners catered to our needs and were very responsive to our questions via texts before and during our stay. We highly recommend and would stay there again..

We come to Phoenix every year for a fundraising event - pediatric brain cancer DIPG. We need homes that can accommodate 12-16 people which means enough rooms and bathrooms. This was by far the best property. Hopefully it will be available next year for us.

Stayed here over the long weekend for Labor Day and this house was better than advertised. We felt like we were in our own resort. The photos do not do Justice for how big and beautiful the home is. The master bedroom is otherworldly, and there is more than enough space to enjoy. Paul, our host responded to all questions right away and made himself available. Seamless check in/check out. Can not recommend any higher. If we come back no question, we will stay here again!!

We loved the home! We came to town for a wedding and had family visit us. Gorgeous home with tons of amenities. I highly recommend staying here. I would note to pay attention to the warning of golf balls, though. My son parked by the Casita and his car was dented by one.

I stayed at this property with some friends over Fourth of July weekend and we all had an amazing experience. The house has all the amenities that we wanted (pool, hot tub, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms). The host was communicative and was available if we needed him! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home in the North Scottsdale area. I will be booking this property again in the future!

Manager was nice and responsive. Had some occasional issues with hot tub not heating up. House needs some upgrades, but our family had a good time.

We wanted all the groomsman and significant others to stay together and this home was perfect for 13 of us. Paul was nice enough to allow us to host the reception dinner as well. Paul was available at all times just in case we needed anything.
