We stayed in the beautifully appointed seaside luxury suite, which was ideally close to the water, felt private with greenery surrounding the plunge pool, which we used a lot, and was spacious with its generous living room and massive bathroom. The STAFF was incredible—warm, hospitable, and accommodating! Everyone from the concierge and front desk to the servers and bartenders, to the boating/transportation team were just great! The food was better than it had any business being—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were just beyond reproach. We can’t wait to return!
The sargassum, but that’s nobody’s fault. They did their best to remove it with a staff of several men working all day to shovel it away.

Everything about our stay was exceptional—from the beautiful hotel grounds and charming bungalows to the delicious food. What truly made this place stand out, though, was the attention to detail. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into every aspect of the experience, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made our stay incredibly enjoyable. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already hoping to return.

This hotel is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation and some amazing scuba diving. My husband and I spent six wonderful days here to complete our scuba diving test, and it truly was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in a while. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A particular highlight for us was the two restaurants, which were well-organized and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable. Every day, someone would come to refresh our room, make sure our bed was neatly made, and leave us a lovely treat each evening. The food was absolutely delicious, and we're already looking forward to returning! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful, friendly, and memorable getaway.
The water in the rooms smells a little bit. But other than that, we had a fantastic time.

Best resort on Ambergris Caye. The food was amazing, the rooms were clean and beautiful, and best of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The entire experience felt genuine and we had a wonderful trip. We will be retuning!
