The staff was super awesome. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Our room was large and for the most part comfortable. The restaurant is excellent (order the sangria) and the setting for it lovely.
We had no view on an island full of views. Also, our room was on the road and driveway so we had noise from golf carts at night and early in the morning.

Clean, modern, quiet
This property is across the street from the resort. It didn’t end up being a big deal in the end but we were not aware that we would not have the restaurant and bar or beach front access on the same property.

It was in a good location a bit north of San Pedro which was fine with a golf cart.
The “lake” that was advertised was a small pond with lots of debris on one side.

Bella Vista was a great stay! The food was delicious at Ajis (the key lime pie was amazing and breakfast was very tasty), the dock was perfect to be picked up for activities. The pool was lovely. The staff were fabulous - Daid was very helpful, supporting us with pick up and check in, and our return to the airport! We stayed in the Tarpon Room (Lakeview) - the cabin itself was very cute, well decorated and comfortable. We liked having a kitchen to make our own breakfast some mornings. Great wifi connection!
We stayed in the Tarpon Room (Lakeview) which I will say is set back near the road so on Saturday night it was loud with the sound of traffic. The other nights were a lot more quiet though.
