Everything needed for a relaxing break

Good location and facilities

Free parking provided great - but located under a tree with associated droppings.

Very good, will come back

The place is very clean, all the essentials and appliances are in place and in a very good condition. Lovely to see some chocolates on arrival, and plenty of nice touches throughout. A view out of the window would be a bonus, but the comfort of the place made up for it. Thank you!

I enjoyed my short stay.

The flat was very clean and comfortable and was located within walking distance of Totnes Town Centre and the Quay. There was much to see and do in the area, it was a good base for a holiday. When I had a question the host responded promptly.

I chose the property because it was self-catering. I would have preferred the kitchen to be better equipped, with small utensils, but I got by.

Fantastic apartment, well recommended

The apartment was immaculate and well presented, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large comfy bed. There's not much in the immediate area but I could walk into the town centre in under 10 mins.

It's difficult to find fault with this property, although some shampoo would have been useful.

Anything good was completely negated by the exorbitant pet fee for non-existent pet. Buyer beware….

Bed was comfortable. Location easy access to town. New appliances. Backyard patio nice extra space.

Absolutely HATE that we were charged a pet fee with no pet. That the owner pushed me to Booking.com and Booking.com customer service has been poor at best, this completely has me saying DO NOT STAY here. Check the fine print in fees. This is a terrible rip off! Also, while appliances in kitchen were new, nothing really to cook with. A frying pan would have been nice to have as well as a spatula. Also poorly equipped with limited toilet paper (we had to buy after 2 days) and no sponges.

Fabulous accommodation, friendly host & an overall wonderful experience.

Very comfortable, clean apartment with a lovely back garden & patio furniture. The bed & sofa was super comfortable & we had everything we needed to accommodate a self catering, home from home stay. Very friendly, helpful host. 10 minute walk to the town centre & a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Overall a wonderful stay.

Clean apart from tv remote and garden furniture. Modern and new kitchen and appliances Good location

Too small for three adults Shower very poor like all electric showers! ( strange in a new property) Bathroom floor lifting and catching on door Garden too small and overlooked No hooks on back of bathroom door No shelves in bathroom Tv remote was filthy Garden furniture covered in bird poo Tv needs renewing as screen has a white spot bottom right. When all properties are occupied your stay might feel completely different noise and privacy etc.

Bathroom door kept sticking on a raised floor tile, very annoying!! No oven gloves!!

Spotless flat in new development. Great location, short walk to the centre of town. Outside space a bonus and thanks for thoughtful chocs and biscuits! Enjoyed spotting the 'totnes safari' in the neighbourhood!

Needs more crockery and cutlery!

Bathroom a little cramped. More kitchen items: cafetiere, more crockery Pit plants in the garden.
