Assolutamente consigliato!

Location was great, near Sagrada Familia and many bars and shops, but the apartment was very quiet.
Apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped.
Host very responsive and helpful, always available in What's Up.
There is a supermarket right next to the building, very convenient.
I didn't like using phone app instead of a real key to open the door. Battery low, bad reception, etc. may keep you locked out.
Double bed had a mattress protector that didn't let any air through, so I ended up with sweaty back or side each night.
Noise and chemical smell on the first day - the building was renovated and smell came from the outside. But next day it was fine.
FYI you cannot do laundry after 9 pm.
