I loved that everything was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and I think it’s important to get a good night’s rest during your holiday. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the city center and less than 10 minutes away by car. The area is very quiet compared to the city center.
Alvaro was very communicative, and we were able to use the parking space, which helped us a lot. He provided all the information we needed, including how to check in and how to find the parking space. Having an iron available was also very helpful for our clothes.
This apartment doesn’t have much natural light, as it is on the ground floor, but I’ve seen Alvaro’s effort to add as much lighting as possible, and I appreciate that. However, staying here has made me realize how important natural light is in an apartment.

Bliskość centrum, morze tuż „za rogiem” , bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, czystość, dobre WiFi, dobre wyposażenie, możliwość zostawania auta w garażu.
Dla 2 dorosłych + dziecko 15 lat było dość ciasno po rozłożeniu rozkładanej sofy - choć nie stanowiło to tak naprawdę dla nas wielkiego problemu, bo apartament był tylko bazą wypadową do zwiedzania Andaluzji 🙂

The apartment is new, and it was very clean upon arrival, location is also great, close enough to the center but far enough that you enjoy peace and quiet when sleeping. The best part of the stay was Alvaro - he was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process! A great host.
Now, unforunately, my low rating is due to the high humidity in the apartment. It’s a pretty dark and closed space with one small window, and immediately when enterring we were hit by stale humid air. We kept the windows open almost all the time but couldn’t get rid of it. Unfortunately that impacted our stay quite heavily and it’s not something that can be realized through pictures when looking in advance.
