The apartment had everything we needed (full kitchen, washing machine) especially because we were traveling for the first time with a new baby. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. The place was well located for both walking and driving out. Lots of local places to eat around. Great price for a weekday stay.
This is obvious but if you are tall, the "penthouse" apt has sloped ceilings throughout so it could be a headbanger for some.

The location was great, lots of shops and restaurants. Very walkable especially to downtown Bewport. Found parking easily nearby.

Cleanliness. Entire unit well appointed and in prestine condition.
Coffee bar area with complimentary coffee,etc.
Comfortable bed.
No indication prior to the stay that parking is on- street only.
Bathroom sink is too high for the vertically challenged.
