Very close to Intl Tennis Hall of Fame and restuarants in Newport.
The AC was noisy

The location was amazing. It's right off of the main street in Newport with all of the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't remember being offered any breakfast, however.
For the price we paid for two nights there, I would have expected a much nicer, bigger space. Instead it felt like any average hotel room. It also wasn't very clear in the booking that you were renting only part of a house. Again, I would have expected more space for what we paid.

Did not know you had to have your passwords Travelling with three grandkids and no TV. A bath and a half is crazy. My husband can barely do steps. Smaller bedroom, little living space and full bath on main level. Kids like grandpa’s French toast and eggs. Could not climb a spiral staircase to the kitchen and larger bedroom. All meals and snacks had to be purchased and ate out. We went to the beach twice and had to buy beach towels and a chair. No closets and in the little living space on first floor no side table. Will not be back. As they say looked good on paper.
