Location/room balcony great. Breakfast ok (great scrambled egg) but too many shortages of more important items - no orange juice, no grapes/bananas, shortage of cereal, shortage of bread, no butter
The housekeeping could be better. It was clean enough but the checking if things worked was weaker - English tv channels not available, toilet rolls not replaced, safe not working, battery in door lock not working, extractor fan not working (it still does not work and it needs to do so in a small room).

Excellent hotel with a great location. Beautiful mosques and Istanbul’s main attractions are within walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious, and the hotel also has a great restaurant where we enjoyed dinner. Our room was cozy, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always ready to help.
We enjoyed everything and didn’t notice any significant downsides.

This property is located on a busy street. Small reception. Space for 4 people to sit down. Tea and coffee served by the ever helpful Yakup on reception.
We liked the location in terms of being near to restaurants and the main venues of Blue Mosque, Hagi Sophia and Bascilica Cistern.
Our rooms were okay with fresh bedding and towels.
Breakfast at the restaurant across the road was fresh and tasty.
The hamam and spa is excellent. Would recommend this.
Yakup gives us a complimentary small bottle of red wine to enjoy on the rooftop. Much appreciated.
Yakup also arranged our airport transfer.
The beds were too hard to get a good night's sleep. They need mattress toppers ASAP. The shower went hot and cold and our loo seemed to have water running when the room next door flushed. Sound leakage from next door also not great.
