Quite fine for our group. Many books and games and plenty of room to sit & visit or sneak away for a nap. We did find some open drinks containers in the back room and the electric tea kettle and coffee maker had (old??) water in them. We enjoyed our stay.

We found the house to be nice, but the house was not very clean. The backyard furniture seemed like was not cleaned in months full of cobwebs and dust. There was an insect infestation during our stay. Host was responsive but couldn’t do much about the insects as we would have to leave the house to get pest control to come in. No discount was offered despite this.

Accurate description in listing. Nice quiet neighborhood. My In-Laws both get around using a walker so it was perfect having all one level no stairs at all to worry about. We purchased one of the paintings from the art room using the website posted. Would definitely stay again.

Small but cozy house in quiet neighborhood. Listing is accurate, no luxuries but clean and comfortable. No washer dryer (it’s not listed) which was inconvenient for us but my fault for not checking listing.. There is a hot tub but not available for guests. House was fine for our quick stay but probably would not book for a longer vacation.

We really enjoyed the open layout of the home. The wood floors, the open floor plan. The kitchen bar opens into the 2nd family room that looks out into the back yard area. Very nice artwork on the walls. The neighborhood is an attractive older neighborhood. Mature trees. Beautiful area. This home made a great "home away from home" for a week. We loved it!!
