The deck was completely rebuilt in 2023 with fan stairs and is accessible from the kitchen/dining area. There is an outdoor sofa with cushions and a stand umbrella. The first floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and the detached hall bathroom has a tub and shower combination unit. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the second "kids room" has a full sized bed and twin bunk beds. The second floor full bathroom has a beautiful tiled shower and new vanity. All bedrooms and the living room/family room have window a/c units to keep the house cool. The front and back yard allow for plenty of outdoor fun and games! There is a brand new enclosed outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach.
