Nikoleta was a great host! She gave us a lot of recommendations in the area. We loved the room, it was very clean en everything we needed was there. The location was perfect!

I loved the location & the cute style of the room. & Alexander made it even better, he was so sweet & helpful, just a gem of a human.
The bed was a little to firm for me but everything else was fantastic.

Clean modern and close to the city centre
Booked junior suite with a balcony with city views but got a basement flat with no natural light! Instead of a balcony we got An enclosed seating area with the view of 2 air-conditioning units and walls! When we complained about the fact that the flat we got was not described in our bookings, she was dismissive, rude and insistent that she was right! Booking included breakfast but upon arrival we were informed that they no longer provided it! However the next morning there was breakfast service! Upon arrival she offered to refund the money we paid for breakfast!
The basement flat had no cell reception whatsoever but WiFi was acceptable!
