In warmer months, take a leisurely ride at Telluride Mountain Bike Park or relish in the outdoor spaces as you are situated in the middle of private gardens, a rustling creek, and a sea of glistening aspen leaves. The setting is pure tranquility. Kayenta 7 comes with a deeded heated parking space in the Blue Mesa parking garage, less than 100 yards away. Kayenta Legend House boasts an immaculate and incredibly spacious interior with vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, and two private decks with incredible San Juan mountain views, a private hot tub, and a gas grill. A well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need to create your favorite meals and slope snacks. Added perks include a steam shower, a soaking tub, a furnished loft, a gas fireplace, and a private ski locker. Sleep in and be among the first on the slopes. It doesn't get any easier or more convenient than this! The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks. THINGS TO KNOW There is a roofing construction project occurring this summer. Noise may be audible during work hours. As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. This property is not equipped with air-conditioning Two twin beds can be converted to a king bed for a $50 fee. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Ski shuttle details: Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. I can not believe VRBO partners with Vacasa. if you see a listing that mentions VACASA, run -- do not walk -- away. If there are any issues at all with the property, you will get NO service, response, satisfaction at all. This condo -- the unit itself -- was under construction when we arrived, wtih no notification. The listing said there was construction on the property roof that might cause some noise during the day, but no disclosure that the unit itself was a construction zone. We notified the property manager VACASA multiple times and got no response .... it's an Artificial Intelligence company that just lists through VRBO and has no employees to assist or make things right. DON'T DO IT!

The property and location were amazing. Everything was clean and well stocked. The property was right on a lift with east access to skiing and boarding . And after a long day in the slopes, the hot tub was amazing!

This property was even better I person. The master king was so comfortable. My kids loved the place and the hot tub. The location to mountain village and ski school could not have been better

I could not communicate with Vacasa. The only way was via text and nothing ever got fixed. 1 toilet and 1 tv didn’t work from the start. Tried to call multiple times but would wait up to 20min and never speak to anyone. Sent texts which did get a text response but on one ever showed up. Worst service ever.

Great experience here at this property in Telluride/Mountain Village. Truly a ski-in/ski-out condo, with easy access to the public Gondola. We were right in the heart of it all, 3 minute walk to a few different types of restaurants that were amazing. Walk down the stairs, take 10 steps and put your skis on and on the lift immediately, heading up for some of the best skiing in the country. I highly recommend this place, as I have stayed in Deer Valley/Park City 15 times over the years and this place/experience was just as good, if not better. I will definitely be coming back and hopefully can stay here again next year.
