Perfect for families or groups, this vacation home serves up convenience to shopping, dining, ski school, and the gondola without feeling short on space. The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks! THINGS TO KNOW As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Ski shuttle details: DAR guest code: SC1838 Free shuttle service with rental. Download the Mountain Village Dial-A-Ride App and create a free log-in to request pick-up/drop-off. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The location of this unit is absolutely perfect. Quiet, private entrance, but close to all the action. Dog-friendly and family friendly. Everyone had their own nice area, with a great common area/living room. Private bathrooms for each room was really nice. (Management - FYI-the unit really needs better ice cube trays since there is no ice maker). Everything was great and we look forward to returning!

We had a great 3 day stay. The space is open and comfortable. Very clean. Comfy beds. Quiet. Perfectly located in Mountain Village near trails.

Loved the space and proximity to everything, including free gondola which proved to be a big hit with everyone. Main windows in MBR did not open and pipes were exposed in two closets for some reason but otherwise the condo was perfect for our group of four adults and two children.

You cannot beat the location of this condo! It was wonderful being so close to all the action in Mountain Village. The day we arrived the garage opener was missing so we could not access the parking garage. After having to call VACASA 3 times we were told to park 1 mile away in a public parking area. It was quite frustrating but the next day a VACASA representative did bring the garage opener by the condo. The 3 bathrooms have been updated. The kitchen could use some updating but is well stocked with what you might need if you feel like cooking in some nights. The carpet has some stains and tears as well and needs to be replaced. However, pet friendly options are limited so we were thankful to be able to stay in such a great location with our dog in tow!
