The main living space can be found on the first level of the home, whereas the three bedrooms are all located upstairs to provide more privacy. The living room offers panoramic views of the ocean and all the comfortable furniture to spend a relaxing time watching the waves crashing into the distance. Snuggle up on the sofa, turn on the flatscreen Smart TV, and catch up on your favorite series while the gas fireplace warms up the space in the blink of an eye. The kitchen/dining area also offers incredible water views and if you'd like to take a closer look, you might as well use the telescope available. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a French door fridge, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is also a convenient breakfast table that seats three people, perfect for quick meals on the go, but for a more formal setting, the dining table can seat up to six people. This level also features a half bathroom near the main entrance. The three bedrooms available can be found upstairs along with two full bathrooms. The main bedroom has its own oceanfront balcony, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV, and the guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. What's nearby: You'll enjoy a prime oceanfront location and less than a mile away from the public beach access. The heart of Lincoln City is mere blocks away, offering great restaurants, Lincoln City Outlets, Agnes Creek Open Space, Agnes Creek Trailhead, and so much more! Devil's Lake (two and a half miles) offers fishing, canoeing, windsurfing, and jet skis (rentals available), or take a surfing lesson on the beach at Safari Town Surf. Things to know: No cable Dog-friendly Free high-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. * Please note that the security "camera" outside the door is not active If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Camera outside of door is for looks only, not actual surveillance. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Was an amazing view saw deer in the backyard spotted Wales from the windows waking up with a view like that is undescribable it was absolutely gorgeous. I do wish checkout was a little later cause we didn't check in till so late an staying out on the beach an staying up late it's hard to get it all together that early but other then that was the most wonderful trip for my family we wished we never had to leave!!

This house was so much cuter in person. The pictures didn’t do it justice at all. When you open up the side door to the backyard, all you hear is the ocean. The living room has a phenomenal view that’s perfect for watching the sunset, whales, or just the waves. For being pet friendly, the home was really clean and didn’t smell of animals. Our fur pups absolutely loved it. There is a pretty decent drop off to the beach below, so we brought leads that kept them away from that. It’s definitely a must. The kitchen was perfect and we brought home J’s fish more than once to have a nice family dinner. When you go up to the master, it’ll take your breath away. The view is perfect, there’s a little balcony you can enjoy ocean views, and it’s plenty spacious with a nice gas fireplace. Both guest rooms are perfectly sized and one has an equally beautiful view. This house was the perfect little get away and we’ll definitely be going again!

Not only was the house clean, it was perfect for us! The view was absolutely incredible. We did lose a dark blue water bottle, but other than that it was the perfect vacation!

Great views from the house and deck! Wish it had the pictured telescope. But bring binoculars we watched whales, eagles, fishing boats and surfers! Parking was a little steep. Worth the views! Master shower has a leaky hose. Stayed 5 days and we would go right back

Very relaxing atmosphere with a great view from almost every room. The only aspect we did not like about this property, is the entry. Very steep driveway, very difficult for an elderly couple. It would be a benefit to provide a garage door opener!!!

Great place and will return. The only issue was the shower in main Bathroom was broke and no water pressure. I was going to fix it for you, but I did not have time to stop at hardware store and pick up good one for you.

The house was as advertised.& well equipped. Parking was so-so on a steep slope. View was great but hampered by window defects in living room area. Beach access was 3 blocks away down a steep hill. The entrance instructions were poor and unacceptable. Only one code was given for 2 lock boxes & I could not get them to work on departure. .

Everything was perfect except for upon arrival the blinds in the second bedroom were broken and were not able to lift which was a bummer because that room had an ocean view. I reached out and talked to a Vrbo agent so that they could contact the property manager about the issue. The property manager was did not respond within an hour so I called back to have the Vrbo agent reach out again to the property manager. Then within an hour of my second call a maintenance man called to come remedy the issue with the blinds. He was not able to repair the blinds so we mutually agreed to hold the blinds up with duct tape. Other than that small hiccup the only other issue is some of the pans were dirty when I went to use them but they had been put away as if they were clean. Besides those two small issues the stay was very comfortable and the views from the house were breathtaking. I will definitely be staying again.

The house is amazing, well equipped and comfortable all around.
On our last day we were graced to a gorgeous deer [doe] in our backyard while we ate breakfast and enjoy the sunny morning.

I wasn’t going to review this place but they kept asking. First of all it smelled like a dog. Previous renters left comments how they and their dog loved it. Sure smelled like it. Even found dog kibbles in the living room. When we pulled the spread off the master bedroom bed we found blood spots on the bottom sheet. When we pulled it off to wash we found the mattress cover with god knows what on it. Nasty. No a/c and with the afternoon sun blasting through the large dirty windows it got up to 106 according to the hall thermostat. When the afternoon sun shone across the entryway floor, all the dog hair really showed up, disgusting . With only 3 screens in the house, it took awhile to cool off. Put some screens on the doors! The telescope they mention is broken and I don’t know what you would look at anyway. Nothing is going to sit still long enough to see it. One of the main downstairs picture windows is so bad it’s hard to see clearly through it. The dryer vent is apparently off because of large pile of lint and someone’s clothes have accumulated behind it. We didn’t realize when we rented the property we would have to clean it up from the last rental.

A rare find. Quiet oceanfront neighborhood with a stunning view from the living area and upstairs bedrooms. Sparkling clean, you’d never suspect it was a pet friendly home. Nicely decorated and furnished with most everything you need. A few things should be addressed to make the place perfect: kitchen hot water comes out as a trickle, master bath sink drains slowly, and a picture window is splotchy in the living room having lost its seal. Still, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and return.

Anytime I get to spend with my adult children always seems to end up work parties helping each other with projects. To get an entire week where we enjoyed relaxing,cooking,eating,walking and just sitting watching the amazing sunsets was pricless. The house was comfortable and invited relaxing. Thank you.

Great location. Very quiet area. Comfortable beds. My elderly dad was able to watch the surf from the deck and upstairs bedroom and that made him happy. wish the kitchen was a little better stocked instead of just the bare minimum. The smoke detectors went off every single time I used the stove or oven, even with the exhaust fan on and nothing was burning

Beautiful two-story home with oceanview and parking for three cars. We all loved the home. Large bedrooms. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. Short walk or drive down the hill to beach access.
I appreciated that we didnt HAVE to have all sheets washed by checkout as we would have had to have gotten up pretty early to accomplish all that. We were happy to start the washer and dryer with most sheets and towels, and started the dishwasher before checkout.
We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property with extended family (5 of us + two dogs). Great views, comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen for cooking in. For those who may have mobility issues should know the driveway is steep (but short) and there is a hearty hill to walk to the beach and back. Back yard is good for taking the dogs out on a leash but it is a steep cliff just on the other side of the ropes. Thank you for having us.
