Situated in Lincoln City, this lovely house for $449 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Breath taking ocean front views from this private, beautifully crafted Beach home. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer 180-degree views of the sand, surf, sea life and sunset. Our guest book says it best: “It definitely felt like we were on a vacation worthy of Sunset Magazine,” “We relaxed within the casual elegance of this spectacular home and setting,” “Everything about this place is amazing.” "From the minute we walked in until the day we left Seabird Cottage we were in love with it" "The view is: ‘awesome’ ‘marvelous,’ ‘fantastic,’ ‘spectacular.’” Cottage features include: hardwood floors, tongue-and-groove wooden white walls, custom trim throughout, great room with slab granite kitchen and island, media room w/ WIFI, two TV’s w/DVD, VCR and Music Center, 4 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, ocean front deck, patio, and hot tub. Beach access is a few minutes walk from the front door. Please no one night gaps during July & Aug. We have always taken cleaning seriously but are working extra hard to sanitize every surface following Covid-19 CDC Guidelines and con-tactless check in.

The home had a great view and we enjoyed the hot tub. However, the kitchen was not clean upon arrival and on our first night the septic alarm woke the 1st floor occupants at 5am. They phoned the manager who stated a plumber would be there in a few hours and requested we use minimal water. This was an all female retreat with a luncheon planned that day. We pushed lunch as far as we were able due to not wanting to use the showers before we eventually cancelled lunch all together as none of us wanted to go out without showers and the plumber had not arrived or fixed the septic until mid afternoon. The manager was curt and dismissive of the problems this caused our group. We did enjoy our stay, but will look for somewhere else with better management in the future.

Everything was good. We were not aware of the steps! All of us were senior citizens, three have knee or back issues! I would just say to add the amount of stairs so people can be aware.

Beautiful views, all necessary tools provided, clean, spacious. We love staying at Seabird. Have stayed many times and had friends stay based off recommendations as well. Love the hot tub overlooking the ocean. Even in a cold rainy Oregon day it’s still the best place to be. Just a warning for some this house has a lot of stairs but that’s what gets you those views!

Thankfully the view was amazing. The house had not been cleaned properly in along time. Dirty cabinets, dining chairs that are worn out and have dirty cushions, dirty carpet in the bedrooms, dirty rugs, and blankets covering the couches.

My family and I rent often, so I value frank and accurate reviews. I try hard to pass that courtesy down. The house is actually in a somewhat congested area, but there was no noise or interaction.
Pros:
The view of the ocean and the sunset is simply incredible, truly. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The check in/out process was seamless. Fresh cut flowers on arrival was a nice touch. An attached garage was helpful given the slope of the driveway. We saw multiple whale spouts while marveling at the water. All breathtaking.
Cons:
There were 14 steps up to the main floor from the front door, and 16 steps up to the upper level where 3 main bedrooms were located.....but, the view.
The walk to the beach was up/down hill (one hill fairly intense), and once to the beach you do indeed have to walk/crawl over rocks to get down. Not an easy trek.
The furniture inside and out was well-worn bordering on shabby....but, the view.
No airconditioning, and the windows do not have screens and only open 6 inches or so - so stuffy in the house.....but......the view.

We could have stayed and just looked at the ocean view for hours. (Just be aware there is not an access to the beach) it was the perfect cottage for us. Our group was 6 adults. We loved it so much that We will be back.

This home was IDEAL for active adult family visiting the coast. The view from the main living area and outside decks was amazing. We really liked how the bedrooms were on the other floors- allowing people to nap or go to bed early a quiet space. There are stairs to navigate but this was not an issue for us. The house was VERY clean with easy check out instructions. A calming relaxing environment and we were on the beach multiple times a day. Beach access was a walk down the road and expected with the amazing view. Steep driveway but again easy in the warm summer months. We would love to return to this great location and home again!

We love this house. Great views of the ocean and you can surf and fish right out in front of the house. We watched surfers all day and then spotted whales cruising north. The house is super clean and the kitchen is very nice. We own 23 acres in the middle of nowhere so we are really picky people. Thank you so much for sharing your property with our family.

Beautiful three-story home with world class beach views and hot tub for relaxation. The home is stylishly decorated with everything you need to relax. The windows on main floor have a panoramic view of the ocean. This property is a must. Only downside is that there is not easy beach access from the property as it sits on a cliff. We loved it and will be back.

Myself and seven other mom friends stayed at this beach house for the weekend. It was perfect! The view was unbeatable!! (And we saw whales!!) We enjoyed the hot tub while watching the ocean and having so many bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!! The owners/management were wonderful to work with and very helpful!

Such a stunning and commanding view from this home!! However, steep driveway, lots of stairs and difficult access to the beach makes it very hard for those with mobility problems. There really should be a more accurate description of this, within the "About this rental" section. Immediately, upon entering the home, there was a strong musty/moldy smell. We immediately opened doors and windows in an attempt to rid the smell. Main bathroom soap dispenser had more water in it than soap. This 4-bedroom home, with a hot tub, could use more bath towels and including kitchen towels and dish rags. Existing dish rags were terribly smelly, so we soaked them in laundry soap and rewashed them. There was not sufficient cookware to make full meals. Upstairs windows facing the ocean were pretty dirty. Main level windows were fine. Screen door leading to the deck was not in great shape. This home could use some freshening up and a deep clean. Dining room chairs could use a good clean to remove stains. We definitely left the home cleaner than what we came in to. Beds and pillows were super comfy and we slept so very well!! I was taken aback when I stripped the bed in the master bedroom to find that the mattress was covered in stains. Not sure we'll return but know that we'll likely not find a better view. Nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe.
