This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a good place to stay if you are flying in or out of the Rome airport. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the airport if there is no traffic. Their transfer service was efficient and quick. The rooms have recently been remodeled, and though small, are very comfortable. Our room had a large balcony, which was a nice place to relax and have a glass of wine or breakfast. Restaurants are close by and are a five to ten minute walk. The breakfast, which was included, is simple but adequate.
Not an issue for us, but keep in mind. The hotel does not have 24 hour desk service.

The room was nice
The internet was not working. It was not a hotel and the price was

Breakfast was adequate. A shuttle was available to the airport for a price.
The advertised elevator was an electronic platform used mostly for luggage. The breakfast room was small, and no employee was there to supervise or direct you on the use of the appliances, where to find milk, etc. The location was in an area with 1 restaurant, which didn't open until 7:00 PM.
