Welcome to Aerie4 – a bright, clean, well-appointed 1000 sq. ft., home away from home. Step down into this light and airy space, boasting large windows, two full bedrooms with comfy queen beds and one bathroom featuring a granite countertop. The living space includes a large open concept living room with access to the eat-in kitchen or dine-alfresco on the outdoor bistro table. This location provides an easy walk to local shops and restaurants and there is parking for up to two vehicles. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave along with seating for four at the kitchen table. When you are ready to unwind for a while, the living room has a large window, three love seats and a 43” smart tv. If you need to do a bit of work from home, there’s a desk waiting for you there as well. When you are ready, you will want to retreat to your master bed-suite featuring a queen-sized bed, high quality linens, a chair, dresser, good sized closet and window to let in lots of light and the ocean breeze. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser, closet and large window. After a day exploring the area, you may want to have a long soak in the deep spa bathtub and complete the experience wrapping yourself in lush towels. The apartment itself was lovely, nicely furnished and very clean and the property manager was helpful and answered any problems quickly. There were just a couple of downsides. Our first impression of the property wasn't good as the door was chipped and had a piece of wood covering a hole, just a tip to the management company, a coat of paint would make a big difference. The second point was the outside space allotted to the basement. The photo in the property description is of the patio used by the upstairs apartment but didn't show the shady , sloping spot which belonged to the basement. We moved the table to the spot between the garage and the house which was much better and was in the sunshine.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, nicely decorated basement suite. It was lovely and cool coming in from the summer heat. Lori had thoughtful touches ready for us. Would come again.

Comfortable stay
This rental had everything we needed for a week in Parksville. The location was convenient. The accommodations were clean , comfortable and nicely decorated.
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some of our own meals.

This property is well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The property met all our expectations and more, the location is very private and quiet area. The property is in close to the beach a 15min walk and wonderful location to explore more of Vancouver Island. Very clean accommodation and the beds were very supportive, comfortable and very comfortable linen. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The setting was very peaceful and relaxing. Shower pressure was great, and all the towels and toiletries were provided. The barbeque was located under the carport our use.
Communication with Lori before and during our stay was great, she provided perfect directions to the apartment, access to apartment and we were allowed to have an early check-in.
I highly recommend this property to a family or two couples.
