Must Climb Stairs: There is one small step down from the primary living space (living room/ bedroom) leading towards the kitchen area. Potential for noise The guest suite is attached to our home, below another Airbnb guest suite. Close to downtown, so city noises are expected. The heat pump located below the window may produce noise. We live in the house with two school-aged kids, we aren't overly loud-but we do live here. Some spaces are shared The backyard is a grass space shared with us. You'll have a private patio to lounge in. Our school-aged kids may be on the trampoline or playing in the yard. Please clean up after your pet.
