This was an absolutely perfect location. I was visiting my son who lives in delmare. I was able to walk every day to his place. It was the perfect size, just for me, very clean. Much better than staying at a hotel. I feel like it was hope

Checkin was excellent and the owner friendly.
The room is tight and location requires a ceiling fan to run in the summertime which is noisy. The room and bathroom were clean.
The front door can be opened for better ventilation but then you hear highway 5 which is close. If you just need a place to sleep and shower, this will work but it is not a place where you would desire to hang out.
