Staff was very friendly, the facilities are really clean and room is quite equipped and clean.
Main entrance door to room won’t open all the way an it makes it difficult to enter, other than this everything is great!

Great location, a little off the beaten path, so pretty quiet at night, but close enough to the action that you can be in it or on a train in just a 5 to 10 minute walk.
We had a large room with 3 beds and 1 sofa bed for a family of 5 all in one room together. Everything was comfortable and good. However, we also stayed at a few other hotels during this trip and the family seemed to enjoy having two separate rooms with fewer people rather than one big room with everyone. Finally, this comes down to personal preference and budget.

Easy walking distant from train station.
When we check in, the room is not clean as we expected, the floor is sticky and we see dust on the wall at the back of the fridge.
They only clean once during our 6 days staying, the second time the cleaning crew did a great job. The person” Kaung” we gave him/her thumbs up.
