Great location, less than a ten minute walk from Ueno station, which was a great base to explore the rest of Tokyo. We were a family of four so having four separate beds was perfect. I'd read a lot about Tokyo having tiny hotel rooms but there was plenty of space here. Kitchen/dining ares was great for having snacks in room. The bathroom was split into separate toilet/sink/shower so everyone could get ready easily. Beds were super comfortable and staff were very helpful.
Nothing to do with the hotel, but I paid through Booking.com and PayPal and I'm not sure if it was a poor exchange rate or fees but it added on about 10% than what booking.com suggested the cost was going to be.

It was near Ueno station. There's a 7-11 nearby. Parking options were nearby. You could borrow travel adaptors etc. Space is good for families if you don’t want to eat out all the time.
Nothing major but there's no breakfast and no onsen.

its the space really its big enough for 4 people plus all out luggages
when we arrived our luggages are already there but i don’t why they did not take it up to our room since its already ready, when we we’re in Mimaru Kyoto Station they already took it and placed inside our room, we want to take it with us but they (staff) said they will do it so we waited unti we came
back in the evening and its still there on the hallway of the front desk.
