Having two toilets was very convenient for our family.
Location was great for convenience store, 7/11 and Ueno station.
There was a strong odour in the elevator and just outside our room but not in the room which may have been sewage? Not sure but was very strong. We did see a maintenance van there as we were leaving so it could be getting sorted.

This was our second stay during our 2 week Japan trip. Host was very accommodating when we had to check out late and assisted us best they could at late notice. Really appreciated this. Location is great to everything we needed and it was nice to get away from the chaos to somewhere nice and quiet.

Location was 10-15min walk to train stations. Apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood and there were a few food places nearby.
Bed linen and towels were clean and there were extras that you could help yourself to even though the place was unmanned.
We stayed in a standard twin room on the ground floor and it wasn't very well ventilated. The carpet felt moist and the room had a musty smell.
