The room is clean and spacious. Good for families to stay in the same place. Convenient to have a washer cut dryer in the room.
The location is a bit far away even though there's a JR exit nearby. Still need to walk at least 10 to 15 mins to nearby food or ameyoko market.

Great location and excellent customer service from the staff. Great space for a room and amenities provided by hotel. My family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) had great space in the room compared to other Tokyo hotels.
None. Will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends.

The property is very close to Ueno station which was very handy. The apartment was clean and toiletries supplied. Apartment has washing machine, small kitchen and dining table. Convenient for catching Shinkansen and local trains. We would return for 1 night when needing to be close to station.
We stayed 1 night with 2 adults and 2 children before catching the Shinkansen but the space is too small to stay longer. I would recommend changing the sensor light in the kitchen and hallway to a regular light as it goes on soon as someone goes to the toilet and wakes everyone up.
