Apartment style room, spacious for Tokyo standard. It has little kitchenette and washing machine. Location is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Ueno St
Location is not as close as it's promoted (specifically if you travel with young child)

Location was a farther walk from the subway then expected. We paid waaaaaay too much for our room via booking.com- look instead on sites like expedia, where the price is about half.
Full kitchenette, but no coffee maker.
No grocery store nearby (just a 711).
Staff were completely unhelpful with providing local restaurant or grocery store recommendations.
Only 2 dining table chairs (an awkward lower bunk bed benchseat to sit on.
Overpriced.
