Location was great for Kappasbahi St, and if you take some time to stroll around the local neighbourhood of the hotel you will come across some amazing shops, The rooms itself was a great size and clean and had everything you could want. Ammenties in the lobby were a lovely touch
The lift was half broken and it took quite a while to get down sometimes due to them being full with the cleaners and bags of rubbish. Stepping over them most trips back. Also when looking over the balcony its just a sea of abandoned luggage which is... odd

It was well located and had the necessary amenities.
We were on the 2nd floor so there was no light or view as the window faced another building. So it felt a bit claustrophobic.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our family stay. The location was convenient, and the neighbourhood was quiet. A great base for exploring Tokyo.

Great location. Walking distance to metro and Asakusa.
The beds were comfy. Having a washing machine was helpful.
Unfortunately the guests above us kept stomping jumping on the floor early morning and late evening and we couldn't get a good rest, particularly our 2 year old. The soundproofing of the room was poor. Staff was unhelpful in solving this, and would not compensate for the disturbance. The hotel itself is a bit tired and run down, and for the price we expected a lot more.
