Perfect place for a small family: two master suites, the one upstairs with balcony; Ocean view, located just up the street from the beach; and parking for three cars. Would suggest more safety options for very small children (gates for the stairs and tighter balusters along the railings...small kids can fit through).

Kim’s VRBO is in the perfect location. Steps from lovely Wrightsville Beach, quick walk to a number a restaurants, and a short drive to just about anything you could want to buy or do. The kitchen is well appointed and everything was clean. Kids loved the bunk beds and all were very comfortable. Would absolutely return if/when the chance presents itself.

The property was very close to the beach as promised and thus a lot of worries about parking was non existent. My family was able to relax in the house as well and the beds were very comfortable. I was very pleased with the furnishings as well since they were so homey. Thank you so much for the good times!

When it comes to Wrightsville Beach, this location is hard to beat. Four houses back from the water, with gorgeous views of the ocean from the porch. Easy walk to everything that WB has to offer. We had a blast and would definitely return.

Thus is an exceptional location in Wrightsville Beach. It’s about a 2” walk to the beach and 5” to Johnny Mercer Pier. Comfortable and nice space… we will look at a revisit!

Great location on quiet street in Wrightsville Beach with easy beach access. Three bedroom, three bath combo was perfect for our 6 adults. We took advantage of the fabulous fall NC weather and spent as much time as possible at the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were available. Comfortable beds and furniture made our extra long weekend that much more enjoyable.

We had a great stay, house was clean! Location was great, easy walk to the beach and close enough to the pier to let our teenage boys go on their own. Kim was very quick to any questions or messages we want her. The only thing I wish we would’ve had was a grill. Other then that it was a very nice stay!

We had a great family vacation in this beautiful home just a few houses away from the beach! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, dishes and cookware we needed. Beds were comfortable, views of the ocean were great. Great choice for families and we would stay there again!

Our family of 5 loved spending the week at this home away from home! The house was clean, and we loved the beach decor. Plenty of room for all of us — our 3 kiddos loved sharing the bunk bed/queen bed room together, and we loved our spacious master and bathroom with the private deck outside to sit and take in the beach breezes. Just a few houses away from the beach, the location was perfect for our daily beach fun. I also loved walking The Loop, only a short walk away, in the mornings. The owners were very kind and responsive to any questions. We do cook most of our own food, so the only thing that would have been helpful was more places to store food — no big deal at all as we used a cabinet, some drawers, and the counter space. Just thought it would be helpful for others to know to go easy on what you bring with you and enjoy the many delicious restaurants that are close by. Tower 7 and Mellow Mushroom are a short drive away, quick, and easy! Thank you so much for an absolutely wonderful week!

Cute house and perfect getaway! The location is perfect. The beach access is at the end of the street which was perfect for our daily trips to the beach. Our 3yr old loved playing in the top bunk and sleeping in the bottom. We loved relaxing on the front porches and feeling at home. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Wrightsville Beach. We love the area and this was our 3rd time but first spring time stay. The house was clean, well decorated, and the furniture was very comfortable. Great location! We would stay again.

This house caught our eye and stood above the other listings because of how nicely it was decorated. We were not disappointed on that front; the furnishings and decorations all looked brand new. Though there are parts of the house that are a little dated, it is an awesome location, had everything we needed, and the host was super helpful. We loved our stay, will recommend it to others, and hope to be back!

We needed a place to spend Thanksgiving near the beach for family reunion. Part of the family lives in Wilmington but house was too small for all of us. This was the solution. Kitchen great for Turkey! Wonderful.

Loved this recently renovated property. Great beach access is just a short, easy walk. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Close to the Loop for daily walks/runs. Fresh & relaxing decor and great deck space. Ample parking for 3 cars. Will definitely return to this gem!
