Property manager very easily available. Resort amenities great (pool gym hotub restaurant) very accommodating as we wanted to arrive early and stay a day later.

3 stars overall because the door off main bedroom was broke, and the washing machine was broke. Also they told us after we left they said we did not pay for one day which wasnโt true because we paid the whole thing before we came. Also they told us that we didnโt turn in the keys which we did at 8am on the 16th. But we had a great time in Bend and they were really friendly there was just a lot going on with house that should have been taken care of before we arrived.
