Tim on the front desk was extremely helpful & professional ; the Hotel location is a very short walk to Steamship Authority for Nantucket Ferry. An excellent stay & surely will book again on next visit to Hyannis.

We got in late and were able to check in quickly to a clean and chilly room. We slept 6 hours got up and left before 6am. No problems.
The room air conditioner was cranked down to 65 degrees. Easy fix.

Beds were pretty good and shower was hot. Clean bathroom too. Great location, friendly front desk person (young man). Fluffy towels. Pillows.
Room was damp, dark, and cold, and stayed that way for the duration even though it was 78 and sunny outside, and we turned on every light available. Guests should be able to at least crack open a window especially given the cost of the room. Windows can be bolted for security, but you can set the bolts back a few inches so that the windows can still be opened slightly to let in fresh, dry air. Even the carpet felt wet right when we first checked in. No fan in the bathroom and the bathroom was quite dim definitely not ideal lighting when trying to do makeup before a wedding. When we checked out we wanted to grab a coffee for our drive home but the lobby door was locked with a sign that they were bit at the desk.
