Great facilities- big spacious room with full kitchen and comfy bed.
A lot of the light switches in our room didn't work and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell.

Location is super, right off Hyannis Main Street, pretty much smack in the middle and only 15 minute walk from the harbor. The kitchenette is well equipped for cooking simple meals (as in all such places there is no cutting board and sharp knives - bring your own). The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious for 3-4 people. Everything was clean.
The AC was somewhat loud, though this is common for this type of accommodations. We could sometimes hear tv/music from the room next to us or from the hallway, though this was not a big issue. They do not provide room service - noting as more as an fyi, as we only stayed 3 nights and did not really need it.

Emplacement idéal, à côté de la rue principale. Donc tout peut se faire à pied.

Malgré la chaleur étouffante le jacuzzi est très sympa.

Evidemment pour commencer qu'ils n'aient pas retrouvé ma réservation. Mais le problème a été résolu. Une première pour moi en 20 ans quand même.
Difficile de trouver quelqu'un en cas de souci. Je n'ai vu qu'une responsable de l'accueil (qui fait très bien son travail, mais qui ne peut être là 24/24!), sinon téléphone. Et mon anglais est trop insuffisant pour que j'aime téléphoner.
Comme je le craignais la situation parfaite a un inconvénient : en revenant à l'hôtel un samedi soir plus la moindre place de parc, toutes occupées par ceux faisant la fête sur main street.
Et je déteste les rideaux obscurcissants qui n'obscurcissent pas!

1. The room was not properly clean. I could feel sand on floor and and mat.
2. The bathroom drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate quickly, which was unpleasant
3. There were birds around the property that started making loud noises early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep.
