Beautiful luxurious hotel, with fabulous facilities (except for the swimming pool).

Our family had access to the Club Lounge, which we used for breakfast on one morning and joined the Happy Hour (including dinner) every night. The staff throughout the hotel are amazing, specially in the Club Lounge and the dining room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The walk-in shower was much appreciated, as we had combined tubs/showers in the other three hotels that we stayed in. The food in the ground floor restaurant was amazing.

The location of the swimming pool is a disaster. It is in full view of both a side road with pedestrians and traffic and the hotel reception foyer. There is absolutely no privacy for swimmers. Also,there is a drain running almost alongside the pool, and the odour from the drain does not make for an enjoyable experience for swimmers. We mentioned this to the hotel General Manager, and he undertook to investigate this matter.

Sensational Hotel

The room was clean and comfortable with a spectacular view over the river. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Lan in the priority lounge was exceptional even helping a parent distract an over wrought screaming child to calm down. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed overnight but wished we had stayed longer. The location was set back away from traffic on a little island on the river with restaurants close by. We met the general manager who came over and chatted to guests which was a nice touch. They did have shuttles to locations in danang. Best run hotel we had stayed in the last two months away.

It was not that worth it’s price to be honest. There are a lot other hotel options around this area that could offer similar standard with lower price. Staffs are super friendly, grateful that they are willing to get us river view room as per requested ❤️

It would be great if we can collect Accor points even though booking through third party system.

Lan in the lounge is amazing, lovely lady and made the trip Beds are comfortable

No soundproofing, next door room was noisy Bit out of the way, needed taxi rather than walking places

Good stay

Got upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Good hotel with great views just away from everything if want to walk

Very comfortable and great view of River and bridge.Parking is a plus

Too far to walk to anything and the mini casino on premises.Breakfast is not fantastic and coffee not great

International hotel with local charm.

The staff were incredibly friendly and more than willing to help. The reception staff even took the time to sit and chat while I was waiting for one of my Grab taxis. My room was big enough and had a walk-in wardrobe and an area to store my suitcase out of the way. The executive lounge was big and spacious and overlooked the river and amusement park. Check-in and out were quick and easy.

The wifi in my room kept dropping out. One of the lights in my room was faulty. However, this was of no concern to me. I had two television screens in my room. When I turned the one in the bedroom on, the one in the living area would turn on

Very nice base for a Danang Visit

Very friendly staff with good English in the lobby (less so in the restaurants). A comfortable, newly furnished room with a very good mattress and strong A/C helped. Cable TV was fine. Wi-Fi was strong. The breakfast spread is grand and very good. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby evenings and having a drink while people watching. (No one else did this, so we had personal bar service.) The GM wandered around the lobby and personally helped guests: quite an unusual touch.

The location is about 1 km away from anything touristy (e.g. wet markets, restaurants) in a quiet area outside the city center. (This really wasn't a big deal as we enjoy walking and cabs are abundant and cheap.) The Vietnamese dishes in the coffeeshop were mediocre other than the excellent spring rolls (in all varieties).

Location was Great that was all.

Arrived alone , nobody offered to bring my luggage up, breakfast food was limited, pool was never cleaned, there's no in room dining or room service, and if you want to go to the spa, there's only a few packages available. For a 5 star hotel the service is very poor, unfortunately

Clean Comfortable Hotel close to the Airport, with Unprofessional Staff and Poor Breakfast

- Extremely close to the airport, which is the reason why we booked here, since we had an early flight to Phu Quoc after our stay at Danang, it took us only 6 minutes to arrive at the airport. - The room looks better than the photos. Satisfyingly clean. Bathroom has a modern design. Nothing exceptional but it felt very comfortable. - We were given upon check-in a voucher for 2 complimentary welcome drinks at the bar, though we did not find the time to use it, it was a nice touch.

- Some staff were extremely petty and rude. We were staying only for 2 nights so we did not bother to have housekeeping clean our room. Instead, we called front desk in the late afternoon and asked only to replace the water (2 per room per night) and the petite little bottle of hair conditioner that we finished. The front desk staff at the phone only agreed to replace the water after what sounded to me like a rude interrogation with an unpleasant tone. ("We gave you water", "There is already water". "Did you see the 2 water by the sink?", "Did you finish the water?" and finally "Okay, I will mark down that we give you your 2 FREE water for today.") Which was already shocking to me, but she doubled down with telling me we can only get 1 bottle of hair conditioner for 1 room and refused to give me a new one or a refill. Is that the official policy of an international 5-star hotel? I have stayed in plenty of similar hotels all over the world and I have never heard of that before. - Food from the breakfast was subpar. Most things were either too salty or tasteless. The whole fruits (Vietnamese apples, rose apples) were either rotting or rotten when you cut them open. Pre-sliced fruits were fine though. - If you have a noisy neighbour in the connecting room, it can ruin your night of sleep. The Korean couple that stayed next to us had a big argument during one night of our stay and woke us up a few times. - No one offered to show us our room or help us with our luggages when we checked in, even when the hotel staff did not look busy when we arrived. We are 2 grown adults who are perfectly capable of doing so ourselves but were very surprised it was not offered. We also had to ask when and where breakfast would be served since no one mentioned anything at check in.

Nice stay - but more business than leisure

Amazing breakfast, very nice and helpful personnel, clean room with a very nice view

unfortunately the location has nothing around it, they have a couple shuttles a day but the last one is at 5 towards the beach without return shuttle. can’t even walk anywhere really. also construction by the pool (on the street)
