Once a great hotel…

The hotel was luxurious at one time. It’s no longer that. The breakfast was okay if you are used to have regular food for breakfast. If you are looking for a western breakfast, this is not the right place for you.

The location is quite far from the city center. Most tours don’t pick you up from the hotel. You have to get a taxi and cross the bridge into the city center to be picked up. The pool is not for bathing. There was a garbage can inside the pool and dust in the lounges. I’m sure it hasn’t been checked for chlorine in months.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Great location if you like a short walk. 3km to beach 3km to the markets.

Vob weitem gut erkennbar. Das Personal war extrem freundlich!

Das Dachgeschoss samt Pool und Fotnessstudio ist extrem runtergekommen. Wir sind raufgegangen und die Aussicht war nett. Aber es war sehr verwahrlost und alle Stuhle waren kaputt und das hat einem sehr die Lust genommen. Der Pool und der gesamter Bereich nehmen einem die Lust hier zu baden. Das Zimmer war zudem nicht so ganz sauber.

Great Value for Money

Great location. Amazing view from pool. Good sized pool, cleaned everyday in our 3 night stay. Breakfast spread was great.

It was mentioned 0 m from Han river, it is around 1.5 KM. No one understands English even 1% but it can be managed wit Google translate easily.

清潔一般，地板有破損和不平，令人容易跌倒，冷氣太凍(16度)，雖然有控制器，但因為是中央冷氣，所以不能調整温度。

everything is good and the price is value for money.....

The breakfast not bad just the floor a bit dirty especially the corner area.

INfront main door hotel no roof, ppl get wet when raining day.......luckily the hotel got provide umbrella for guest. One more thing is the shower room area is wet due to the water flow on the floor..... and the gym is under maintenance......

Grand Citidel

Choose this hotel as it is a stone's throw away from Helio night market. Its also near to a pick up point for Klook, BaNa Hills tour. Price is very reasonable and value for money.

Chosen because of Helio night market But the night market was disappointing. I was there for 10mins and left for son tra night market which is 10mins drive away instead. So next time, I'll definitely stay nearer to the dragon bridge and night market.

One night stay

We stayed here for one night ready for an early flight. Staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival. Our room was ready before usual time and was very spacious. The staff even organised a breakfast to take away with us to the airport. The staff were fantastic!

The pool ‘looked’ a little dirty. We did not venture too much in the city however it seemed to be far away from most bars/shops.

the breakfast was great-thank you, and the rooms are clean just a bit tight trying to get into the bed

The one thing that I didn't was the the bed, I had to claw up from the bottom of the bed to get into it as it was very close to the wall

Unexpected hotel good facilities, good location, staff at counter always very helpful, when call for help to adjust room aircond temperature , hotel staff will attend to it in less then 5 min. Room is big. Breakfast is good. Really value for money.

good spread - I liked the salad bar and eggs station. Maybe can include more local Vietnamese food on the hot menu. Overall, staff very friendly and helpful
