Nestled in Estes Park, this attractive cabin for $245 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Estes Park Registration Number: 3005 Welcome to the Cozy Log Cabin on Fall River! Our cabin is family-friendly and pet-friendly!! The cabin is open seasonally with availablity mid-April through December. The cabin is conveniently located 1 mile east of the Fall River Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and 2 miles west of downtown Estes Park off of Fall River Road. You will enjoy wildlife viewing with many elk and big horn sheep around the property. This property is steps from the Fall River. The cabin was constructed in the late 1940's using the logs from the Hidden Valley Ski area. It is a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy nature. The cabin features an open living space with updated furniture and appliances. The 2 bedrooms are located on the main floor. The loft has two (2) twin beds. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms on the main floor and has a shower (no tub). The cabin is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with several cabins nearby and homes across the river. Check In/Check Out: 3 p.m. Check In; 9 a.m. Check Out

We loved our stay here. It was peaceful and quiet, and everything you could need was provided. Beautiful property! The only thing we were surprised by is that it wasn’t a single cabin by itself. But we weren’t bothered by any neighbors and would stay here again!

It was a nice surprise to have Xmas lights and tree set up. Beautiful view of river. With added seclusion and privacy. My fiancé was super excited that we too have the same coffee table in our house. Felt like home. Thank you for a wonderful weekend and stay!

I want to start off by saying that Carol and Bob are wonderful people. My wife and I found ourselves in a difficult situation, and Carol came to our rescue with a level of Grace, Kindness and Empathy--that as I write this review--still brings tears to my eyes. Thank you Carol!! With regard to the property, it exceeded our expectations by far. It was very clean, there were two T.V.'s (one in the bedroom and one in the living room) that had actual channels to watch and not just streaming services--although those were available too. The main reason we chose the property, was, that Fall River is just steps from the large back deck, and sitting on the swing next to the river--in effect--has a way of washing away all of the distractions, trials and tribulations of life, as you soak in God's Majestic Splendour that surrounds and envelops you like nothing else can. The wildlife was amazing! The wild turkeys, the deer, the big bull elk that strolled by just inches from the back deck! We also loved the mini fire pit attached to the table on the deck. This is a fantastic property. It's even better than the listing. They haven’t forgotten a convenience or need. Do not hesitate to stay here. The location is fantastic - close to downtown Estes Park, the grocery store, and RMNP. Although they were doing pretty heavy construction at the Fall River park entrance, we were able to use it regularly without a problem. We obviously loved it and will recommend it to our friends and family. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a relaxing stay in Cabin 2 in Estes. It is close to town and near the entrance to RMNP. The cabin had all the necessities to include good internet, TV and a comfortable master king bed. Nice towels, kitchen appliances - all clean and in good condition. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you.

We stayed for 6 nights joined by our son, his wife and dog. I don't know where to start. There were so many thoughtful touches. The porch was gated which made it easy to have the dog with us there. The table was set when we arrived. Such a nice touch. Plenty of light and plenty of everything else too -- dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses. And coffee. really! we brought our own but it was a lovely option. Two luxurious bath towels apiece and hand and face cloths.
Oh and the location. 5 minutes from the entry to RMNP. Though on a busy enough road it was quiet--the music of the creek/stream. And the elk who visited the stream as we had lunch on the deck was memorable.
The only problem with the cabin is that it is so popular it is difficult to find days available!! That speaks, I imagine, to repeat renters who can't resist returning.
I hope we can arrange a return.

Cozy cabin is the perfect description. This cabin has it all. Fully equipped and roomy kitchen, good WiFi and tv reception, comfortable bed, clean and most Of all location. We sat by The Fall River on the swing out back every day after our excursions to RMNP which is only a few miles away. Lots of wildlife in the backyard including a huge bull elk and mule deer. The owners, Carole and Bob , are available and responsive (although we had no issues at all). Highly recommended. We already are planning to return

We had a great stay at the cabin. It is comfortable, clean and well stocked. The river behind the cabin is amazing and we totally loved eating on the deck right beside the river. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Cosy Cabin on Fall River exceeded our expectations. The cabin is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and stocked. We enjoyed the river setting and the pleasant sounds of the rushing water. We spent hours on the deck and the river-front swing. The cabin is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. A new walking pathway along the river was the perfect place to exercise our dog. The hosts were attentive and friendly. We hated to leave and thoroughly enjoyed our eight days there. We appreciate the cabin being pet friendly.

This cabin was great in all aspects. Location, cleanliness, equipped with supplies, etc. We stayed last week of june '23. Couldnt have been happier with the cabin. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. So close to RMNP and downtown area. Gorgeous backyard along fall river. The cabin was stocked with EVERYTHING, except food of course. The owner makes the checkin so simple. Would absolutely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!!

Cabin was cute, clean and the back porch was everything! Sitting out there listening to the river and watching the elk was great. We enjoyed the swing beside the river as well. It is a neighborhood area not all by yourself out in a remote area which we loved. It is quiet, and feels very private especially when you are sitting out on the back porch. King bed was very comfy. I would stay here again for sure. One idea would be to put the full size bunks upstairs and maybe a regular full size bed in the 2nd bedroom. My son, who is 14 and 5'6" said waking up and not being able to sit up without hitting his head on the upper bed was not the best. Other than that it was awesome! And also, pet friendly was an added bonus for us. Thanks for a great stay!

This was the best cabin on the block! It was right on Fall River. Enjoyed the swing on the river. We saw at least 4 elk on the property, deer, birds, and we think a bear tried to get into the trash can at 4AM! So close to downtown Estes Park and shopped and ate on Elkhorn Avenue. We hiked Gem Lake, Hermit Park, and Dream Lake. If I ever get back to Estes Park, this is my stay location. Loved it.

Very cozy log cabin. The river beside the back deck was beautiful. Elk, mule deer and wild turkey visited the back yard daily and gave us great photo opportunities. Everything inside the house was perfect and private. Great modern kitchen and very comfortable beds. Location was perfect. Just off the road to Rocky Mountain National Park..

Trip was one of the best we ever had. beautiful scenery, great cabin, very clean. and a lot of wildlife around the cabin. Cabin was very well stocked and clean and there was nothing you really would have to bring with you. We stayed a week and it was very nice. Would recommend it and will probably stay again.

What a wonderful place, right next to the Fall River. Great accommodations for my wife and me on on our 41st anniversary. Short driving distance to RMNP where we hiked and drove. Really, the perfect getaway for us flat landers from Houston. We’ll stay again!

The cabin was very nice. Unfortunately construction is going on right outside the cabin so all we could hear was beeping from equipment backing up and Jack hammer being used on the road. Couldn’t just leave without sitting for a while to get out of the road due to one lane. House is sitting in a nice area but you can’t see the mountains behind you anymore due to houses built blocking the view. We were hoping to see wildlife while staying but I’m sure the construction kept them away. The location is not far from the Rocky Mountains but expect to pay for every thing you want to do. We enjoyed getting to see the Stanley Hotel but other than that very disappointing to go all that way just to listen to construction the entire time. It doesn’t appear the construction will be finished for quit some time. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time. We actually left 4 days early because of the disruption.

Beautiful updated cabin! My family and I rented this cabin for a spring break get-a-way, this was the perfect rental! The cabin is beautiful, well appointed. The owners we're so thoughtful - so many of the little things we're included! Great large kitchen with everything we needed, the Keurig equipped with K-cups was an extra special treat! Close to the entrance of the park and to town, loved being right on the river, the swing is truly special! The owners we're wonderful - the power went out (in all of Estes Park) while we we're there, they we're immediately responsive, let us know what was going on, and brought over lights for us to use! Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience here. This was our first time to VRBO, and I don’t have much experience in VRBO but I can say this was definitely top-notch service. It was an excellent place, great location very clean. Again owners were very easy to deal with and they are no hick ups! I definitely recommend staying here!

This cozy Estes cabin is an absolute gem! The location is gorgeous. It looks right out onto the forest and river. There were cabins on either side and across the river, but all are far enough away that they don’t at all interfere with the sense of privacy and seclusion that I look for in the mountains. The cabin is adorable inside. I was the only one staying there, but it could easily have accommodated several more. It’s decorated beautifully, and there was even a Christmas tree! It added so much warmth and welcome! There was plenty of room to sit and the bed was very comfortable. Everything in the place was really nice, from the Ninja Foodie pans (which I’d been really wanting to try!) to the memory foam pillows. And the kitchen had everything you could even think of needing. One night when I was cooking dinner, I realized I had forgotten to bring my potato masher - not the most common cooking implement - and it turned out there was not just one, but TWO, different potato mashers in the utensil drawer! To me, it’s those little things that really set a place apart. The deck off the back is spacious and I spent a ton of time out there (bundled up, of course) listening to the river and watching the wildlife. And wildlife there is!! There’s a huge flock of wild turkeys that clearly call this area home. They were hilarious to watch, and provided plenty of entertainment for my pooch. The owners are super nice and were very easy to communicate with when I had questions. I will absolutely be booking my next stay here very soon! Thanks so much to the owners for providing such a charming and inviting place for the perfect mountain getaway!

The Cozy Log Cabin is the perfect place to stay! It has plenty of room and a great kitchen. It is located right next to the river and is far enough from Fall River Road that you don't really hear any traffic. I will be recommending it to anyone I know that is going to Estes Park. Thank you!!

Great location, and beautiful setting. The cabin is so cozy and obviously loved and well taken care of. Located between RMNP and the sweet town of Estes Park is perfect! Though we were just a couple and our dog, this cabin would be great for a family with kids. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Estes Park and RMNP.

Lovely cabin! The owners are very kind & you can tell they put a lot of effort into making you feel welcome & comfortable. We saw turkeys, deer, and a huge Elk Bull! He was across the water grazing and then laid down for a couple hours. It was amazing! The cabin is down the road from RMNP & we were there every day of our visit. Fantastic location! Our 5 year old was just in awe of the place! Thank you again for everything :)

We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals across the country and this one rates right at the top! It is conveniently located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that affords easy access to the park and to amenities in town. Once inside- it truly is a home away from home with its western themed decor to comfortable, clean living quarters with an open floor plan to well outfitted and stocked kitchen. Additional bonuses include a beautiful private deck out back overlooking the stream, wildlife in the yard- turkeys and elk and being pet friendly! Thank you!
