Prestigous condo located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. Large patio for lounging and dining, Fully furnished state of the art, contemporary living close to nightlife, shopping, bars, restaurants, spring training baseball, golf, the canal for biking, walking, and running, and Scottsdale Center for the Arts. Close to hot spots like AZ88, Toca Madera, Nobu, and Maple & Ash. Off the Main drag so it's also quiet. This one of a kind condo is resort living at its' best. Pool, and fitness center. High end finishings throughout. 2 bikes included. Gated Underground parking spot or park on the street and walk directly into the condo through the patio. This is a great perk and one of the few units available with this option. Safe and secure building with security system in condo.

Unlike some of my past rentals, in this instance, I received exactly what was promised. First, the spacious condo was immaculate (my number one priority). Location was safe, quiet and ideal for walking… located between Scottsdale Old Town and Fashion Square. It had an abundance of cooking utensils and amenities for the kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer with Tide (my favorite), plus dryer sheets. A spacious patio on the ground level opens to the street… I usually parked there instead of the underground garage because it was so convenient. There’s a security system on the patio door, so no worries. And the work-out room has first class weight machines, etc. Didn’t use the pool because it’s too cool in January, but imagine it would be perfect when it warms up. Had a few very minor issues when I first got there, but Angela took care of them immediately… you couldn’t ask for a better host. Highly recommended.
