Host is wonderful communication was wonderful! They let us in to store luggage! Maybe that’s why not as clean because they rushed to get us in early! Dead bugs in refrigerator. But it was a lovely location and we had a wonderful time in Rome!

This property is a hidden gem. It's down on alley but central to restaurants, shops, and a grocery story and walkable to the Vatican, the Coliseum and other attractions. The main level has a small but functional kitchen with a living room and a lovely, covered outdoor dining area. The downstairs has a bedroom, living room and bathroom, and the upstairs has two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a washer. My family stayed here and we were quite comfortable. Suite Concierge was very responsive to my questions and provided lots of helpful information. Check in and check out were seamless. If you have a family and are staying in Rome, consider this property. You won't be disappointed.
