The price over quality is very good. Also, the kitchen was well equipped which gives an advantage in case you want cook something.
The staff were kind abs helpful.
The access from hotel is good.
Definitely recommend and would come back there.
There was some sound insulation problem. It was not too much but we could our neighbor above us snoring, for example.
The breakfast was good, but not many options for a week. It was getting repetitive after 2-3 days. More options on the meats, breads, pastries, and also adding coffee would be great.
WiFi had some times had problems.

The breakfast matched our expectations, there were several options for different dietary preferences.
Some of the staff couldn't understand English really well which made it a bit hard to communicate with them.

We booked this apartment for a week as a family of five. To be fair, there were some good aspects: the breakfast was enjoyable, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the younger staff member on site was very polite and helpful whenever we interacted with him. When we requested extra blankets, they were provided without issue.
We booked this apartment for a week as a family of five. When we requested extra blankets, they were provided without issue.
However, for a property advertised as a serviced apartment for larger families, basic essentials and hospitality were noticeably lacking:
-Completely unequipped kitchen & laundry: The apartment has a stove and a washing machine, but literally zero supplies to use them. No dish soap, no sponge, not even a single laundry pod for travellers staying for a week. We had to go out immediately and buy full-sized bulk cleaning products just to wash a couple of plates and run a load of laundry. The coffee box was completely empty, and the fridge didn’t even have complimentary bottles of water upon arrival.
-Lack of basic bathroom supplies & mirrors: For 5 guests, only two rolls of toilet paper and four towels were initially provided, so we had to ask for the missing towel. There was no proper ventilation in the bathroom, turning the place into a sauna with fogged-up glass after a quick shower. On top of that, with four women getting ready, there was only one dark bathroom mirror and a single awkward mirror tucked behind a partition in the bedroom.
-Mattress & comfort issues: One of the beds had a terribly unsupportive mattress that caused severe back pain; my parents and I ended up having to sleep on the floor for the remainder of the trip just to get some rest.
-Unfriendly front desk attitude: When we politely asked at the desk whether basic items like dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent could be provided, the staff member on duty was quite dismissive and unhelpful, simply gesturing and telling us to "go buy it at the supermarket.
