Do not expect much, only basics!

It is Ok for quick & short stay with basics only.

We had to check our self-in after waiting for quite a while for the host. The host does not seem to care about guest' concerns or issues.

nice place to disconnect from tech but not if you need to stay connected like i did for work.

Great location, nice decor , next to the zoo

very uncomfortable beds to hard. and no WiFi connection or signal on the TV. WiFi stays on for all of 2 mins so looks like it connected but disappears

Too any person considering staying there I would strongly advise not to. it’s filthy

The space/dimensions is fantastic and that’s just about it.

To start with the person that took the photos did a good job but as soon as we were inside we found that nothing was like the photos. The place is filthy and I had to go to the shops to buy products to clean it. For someone to spend 14 days there we were expecting comfort and cleanliness. The kitchen is really the worst place of the house. I was disgusted by it. Was left with 4 bath towels for the duration of my stay. 2 toilet rolls and upon arrival no amenities like tea/coffee or sugar. For a £1400 plus there was no value for money. Booking.com left us down. There should be some kind of checks before considering renting it. At the end of the day it’s your name that counts and you as a company let us down. It completely ruined our holidays as we were not comfortable there. Despite calling Maria several times before arrival and after she never replied. Even keys as a family of 3 adults we were let down with only 2 sets of keys and that because I insisted.

If its just a place to stay near some tourism spots will do, you get some value on a nice hotel

Was not clean as I expecting. Appliances need renovations, dining chairs 2 of 4 were broken. Taking this the rest was good

Good location, internet, near metro, bus station and train station

Sink in bathroom was blocked, shower was blocked, problem with hot water, air conditioner / heater only in leaving room, was cold in other rooms, no soap

great location, metro, bus and ZOO, everything so close. you can also park your car outside. Large and spaceus..

Problems with wifi and bathroom.

Location is really good with bus and metro just few minutes walk and nice restaurants down the block. Apartement is good size and confortable.

The wifi did not work. While trying to ask the manager to fix it, he suggested for us to call the internet provider- a portuguese number and be on stand by during our holidays! It took him a few days to finally go to the apartement. It still took another couple of days for the wifi issue to be resolved. Out of 7 days we stayed over, the wifi didnt work for 5. Also there was no cleaning products, apart from a dishwasher liquid and an old sponge. We had to buy toilet paper. Toilet was not flushing all the time, we had to keep turning the water register on and off and the shower drain was clogged up. Had to turn the shower on and off to allow water to come down.
