Very nice staff, very accommodating, in a prime location if going to Universal Studios.
Guests were not considerate as a couple was fighting outside my hotel room until 3am.

No microwave in room. But not a huge issue for me. I borrowed one from the front desk. Rates need to be lower.

staff was very accommodating and the location to universal was very close
no door on restroom, bedding was dirty on arrival with some previous stains and walls are paper thin
