Very nice cozy hotel close to universal studios

My stay was disappointing overall. The air conditioning was very loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. The room also had an odd smell that I could not quite identify, which made it feel less comfortable. The shower water ran hotter than expected, and the hotel-provided soap and shampoo were too small to be useful for me. Based on this experience, I would likely choose a different hotel next time.
Other than that, the staff were amazing and friendly, but I won't be back because of the staff alone.
