The staff was friendly! Jay got us in our room early. The house keeper was very sweet, and let us know as soon as the room was ready. We were only there for a quick overnight while attending Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. We took Uber to and from the park. Including tip, it was cheaper than paying for parking at Universal.
As many mentioned the parking lot is tight. The office is in the middle and the lot goes around it very tight. I had my mini van and we fit, but trucks will have a hard time. The room was very dirty, in that a DEEP clean hasn’t been done in a long time. The walls had magma on them, the floors in corners had lots of old grime and dust build up. There were hair’s on the toilet and in the tub. But it worked for what we needed it for.
