Hotel Penzance Promenade

Dear Hotel Promenade Penzance Team, I am writing to express our deepest and most sincere appreciation for what has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had in our lives. We have stayed in many hotels, but it is very rare to come across a team where every individual seems to genuinely care about the guests and take pride in what they do. Your staff are not simply employees, they are the heart and soul of the hotel, and each one of them is a tremendous asset to your company. I would especially like to recognise the following wonderful people: Sian - What a lovely, sweet and genuinely warm person! 😊 Her beautiful smile, kindness and welcoming nature made such a lasting impression on us. She has that special quality that immediately makes guests feel comfortable and valued. Her warmth is a wonderful reflection of the hospitality your hotel stands for. And of course, we cannot forget the absolutely delicious ice cream she made! It was fantastic! 🍦 Sian is truly someone any company would be incredibly lucky to have. Dagmara - An exceptional manager and, in our opinion, one of the biggest reasons the hotel has such a wonderful atmosphere. She was unbelievably patient and kind when answering all my questions over the phone, always making me feel that nothing was too much trouble. Her professionalism, patience and genuine care for guests are remarkable. More importantly, it is clear that she has invested time and effort into developing her team. The excellent standards we experienced are a reflection of her leadership. Dagmara is not only a fantastic manager but an outstanding asset to the company. Emily - What a hardworking and dedicated member of the team! We saw how much effort she put into serving guests during both breakfast and dinner. Her commitment, energy and willingness to work hard were genuinely impressive. Even when things were busy, she continued to give her best and helped create a pleasant experience for everyone.

I had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a big smile and made me feel right at home. She kindly showed me around the restaurant, bar, and breakfast buffet area, which was a really nice touch. I especially enjoyed the complimentary carrot cake with my favourite tea upon check-in ,such a thoughtful and delicious welcome! The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight, especially the avocado toast , absolutely delicious! Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t very good on the day I arrived.

Well managed hotel, beautiful decor, tasty food and comfortable bed. It’s so close to the beach !!
