staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. hotel was spotless. we had a bottle of bubbly on arrival which was lovely. room was very spacious and clean and a HUGE balcony

Great hotel with secure undercover parking which was fabulous for our stay in Seville. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we were a 10min walk from a fabulous flamenco show in the Triana area. It was also an easy walk across the bridge to all the other attractions.
