The room is clean but the water heater is not working sometimes.
The lobby offers a van rental. The driver who drove us brought us somewhere we didn’t plan. And is forcing us to ride the floating market even if we said we dont want it. Driver shouted at us

Das Personal war nett und auch freundlichen, sehr entgegenkommend man durfte auch früher einchecken.
Ich bin höhere Standards gewöhnt, unter dem Bett hat man Sachen von den vorherigen Gästen gefunden, das Wasser der Dusche war kalt. Der Tiefkühlkasten des Kühlschranks war fast komplett zugefroren.
Das Frühstück bekommt eine 0/10 es war ein Buffet das jeden Tag das selbe essen hat geschmeckt hat es auch nicht.
